Well folks last night was rough ..... Last minute call-outs, technical difficulties, and an unprecedented influx of customers all lead to us not upholding our typical standards for excellent service. We appreciate the staff who even when pushed past their limits persevered and showed up today with smiles on their faces. We appreciate Jake Birdseye for rolling with the punches and delivering a great show. To those of you who were beyond patient, kind and understanding we appreciate you. For those who were upset and frustrated we understand and we hope you give us a second chance. Thank you again to everyone and we learn and grow.
