3 cups rotisserie chicken white meat
15 oz frozen peas & carrots
21 oz cream of chicken with herbs soup
3 cups unsalted chicken stock
16 oz potato gnocchi

CRACK CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP:
1 medium carrot
½ small yellow onion
1 stalk of celery
1 tbsp salted butter
8 oz thin spaghetti vermicelli
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup heavy cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 oz packet Ranch seasoning
2 cups chopped rotisserie
1 lb bacon
Fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

CHEESEBURGER SOUP:
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 stalks celery chopped
1 large carrot shredded

Ingredients
1. Stuffed Mushroom
16 ounces Cremini (baby bella) mushrooms, all roughly the same size (two 8-ounce packages)
1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
⅓ cup sweet yellow onion, finely diced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
¾ cup chopped frozen spinach, thawed (bagged frozen spinach works best – We used Great Value brand)
1 ½ tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, divide 1 tablespoon and ½ tablespoon
5 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
⅓ cup grated parmesan cheese, we used Kraft parmesan cheese in the green shaker container

2 tablespoons seasoned breadcrumbs, we used Great Value brand

2. Pigs in a Blanket
8 count Pillsbury crescent rolls (1 container)
24 cocktail wieners, or 6 hot dogs cut into quarters

3. Mini Cheeseball Bites
Cheeseballs
16 ounces cream cheese softened (two 8-ounce packages)
1 cup white sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
2 tablespoons salted sweet cream butter softened
1 tablespoon horseradish sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Toppings
½ cup green onion finely chopped
½ cup dried cranberries chopped
½ cup almonds chopped sliced
½ cup pecans finely chopped
5 slices cooked bacon finely chopped

4. Brie with Jam
1 wheel brie cheese (8 ounces)
½ cup red jam, I used Bonne Maman red fruits
¼ cup chopped nuts, such as walnuts or pecans (optional)
Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

2 cucumbers
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Ranch dressing
1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced fine

Ingredients
🐾 5 Ingredient Homemade Dog Treats
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 tablespoon molasses
1 cup milk
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder

🐾 Bacon Dog Treats
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
¾ cup beef broth
2 extra large eggs
2 cup whole wheat flour, spooned and leveled (for treat dough)
½ cup whole wheat flour, spooned and leveled (for dusting work surface)
1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
3 slices thick cut smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled (reserve the bacon grease)

🐾 Sweet Potato Dog Treats
2 medium size fresh sweet potatoes or 3 small sweet potatoes, I used the Covington variety

🐾 Frozen Dog Treats
16 ounces plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
2 medium size ripe bananas, mashed
2 tablespoons honey

🐾 Carrot Dog Treats
2 ½ cups whole wheat flour, divide 1 ¾ cups for dough and ¼ cup for dusting work surface
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 ½ cups carrots (not peeled but washed, dried and finely shredded)
1 cup creamy peanut butter no sugar added, or natural creamy peanut butter
¼ cup water
2 extra large eggs
2 tablespoons honey

2 cups ice cubes
¾ cup pineapple juice
⅓ cup white rum
⅓ cup blue curaçao
⅓ cup cream of coconut, stirred well
Rim garnish
½ cup shredded coconut, sweetened
2 tablespoons corn syrup, clear

🥂 Rum Pineapple Cocktail
¾ cup pineapple juice
⅓ cup coconut rum,
½ cup lemon-lime soda
⅛ cup fresh lime juice
⅛ cup simple syrup
Fresh pineapple skewer and ice cubes, for garnish

🥂 Cranberry Orange Mimosa
Orange wedges, for garnish
Fresh or frozen cranberries, for garnish
1 ounce orange juice
4 ounces cranberry juice, cranberry-raspberry juice also works
