We’ve got an opening to handle some of our Saturday farmer’s markets, either in the morning at Chapel Hill Farmers Market or our afternoon Saturdays in Saxapahaw booth (ideally alternating between the two). So if you love fresh air, great music, chatting with customers and you’d like to make some extra cash this summer, send us an email to [email protected] and let us know!

We’re looking for a couple of great people to join our team this summer, and we’d love to hear from you!

We’ve got an opening to handle our Saturday farmer’s market every other weekend and then our Saturdays in Sax booth when you’re not working market, so if you love fresh air, great music, chatting with customers and making good money 6-8 hours a week, send us an email to [email protected] and let us know!

And then we also have an opening on our team at coming up in May, if you’re looking for a home for your bartending skills on a tight little team of professionals slinging beer and taking care of customers in a 120 seat taproom with a kitchen around 10-20 hours a week, shoot us an email with relevant experience to [email protected] and we’ll drop a line back to start a conversation!

We swung by the Self-Serve Honey Shop at King Cobra Apiary Honey this morning and picked up a five gallon pail of spring honey and a big box of fresh bee pollen that we’re using in today’s batch of beer, a returning favorite we brewed during Covid called “We’re All Quite Happy Right Here, Thank You”.

Always exciting having the chance to brew with local ingredients, and when they happen to be fantastic quality and stupendously delicious, it certainly doesn’t hurt the effort.

Look for this one in a few weeks, folks — gonna be just in time for the start of a great summer.

In case you missed it, we released this beauty last weekend and have been too busy enjoying drinking them to remember to let you know. A golden stout brewed with ginger, turmeric, flaked oats, toasted coconut, coffee beans, a touch of lactose, and a collection of tasty freshly-ground spices (with green cardamom leading the way), this is one unique beer you’ll not want to miss, either in cold 4-packs wherever you find delicious beer, or on draft at either our OG Sax taprooms or , where we’re offering it on our nitro tap for a truly unique pint!

This is your captain speaking: Truffle & Beer Flights are ready for takeoff! Available at both our Saxapahaw taproom and Haw River Tap & Table when we open at both locations on Friday and going all weekend long (or until we run out), you’ll not want to wait too long to come see us!

This year, we’re showcasing four hand-rolled chocolate truffles (like a “black forest” truffle, dark chocolate infused with liqueur wrapped around a luxardo cherry and rolled through onyx black cocoa powder, and a white chocolate truffle infused with champagne vinegar, Tahitian vanilla and freeze-dried strawberry powder and then rolled again in strawberry powder, plus two more just as tasty!) paired up wonderfully with a curated lineup of half-pours of four of your favorite Haw River beers for just 24 bucks, so grab your sweetheart and make sure to join us Friday, Saturday or Sunday at either Haw River location!
