HAZELNUT SUPREME
We can’t take credit for putting coffee and vanilla together, but we can take credit for this iteration. Hazelnut coffee and smooth vanilla meet in a crisp, golden cream ale. A familiar combination, given the Triptych treatment. 4.8% ABV

A WIZARD IS NEVER LATE
We took a different road to arrive in this same place. Combining several pale malts with copious amounts of Citra and Apollo hops, we’ve once again summoned a familiar. Through the golden haze filled with dank notes of fruit and green you suddenly recall that our b**rs always arrive precisely when they mean to... Which sometimes means not at all. 7.5% ABV

Our annual collaboration with the Champaign County Humane Society is back! This year, Meadow's human, Adam, raised over $4,500 for the 2026 Mutt Strut.

To celebrate, Adam stopped by to help us brew Meadow Nose, a German-inspired Hefeweizen with soft wheat character and notes of banana and clove. Here's to Meadow, Adam, and everyone who gave. Best enjoyed after a long walk. 5.0% ABV

Continuing our “In The Pub” series, this hoppy English pale ale returns with a new hop blend to dazzle your senses. Delicate, bready English malt and a firm, restrained bitterness make it a playground for hop experimentation. This time, Tropical Fusion takes the spotlight, an innovative New Zealand field blend bringing loads of citrus and tropical fruit flavors. A little hop adventure at just 4.3% alcohol by volume.

This tart wheat b**r pairs apricot with calamansi, an exotic citrus fruit bursting with zesty, sweet-tart notes of mandarin and lime. Apricot brings its warm, sweet, floral character to the mix, rounding out this fun, fluffy stunner at 5% alcohol by volume.

It's beautiful Friday! Watson's will be here from 5-8pm and we have a new b**r to share with you. How much better can it get?

Zumo Pilsner is a crisp 4.5% l***r brewed with floor malted Czech and German Pilsner malts plus a touch of Vienna. German Tradition provides balanced bitterness while late additions of Zumo bring bright lime zest and orange notes. Developed at Segal Ranch, Zumo is a newer American hop known for its vivid citrus character. Our house l***r strain leaves this b**r clean & dry.

Fermented with a unique farmhouse yeast strain and hopped with Saphir & Tradition. Delicate Bloom offers gentle pear, subtle citrus, and a touch of black pepper. Dry, crisp, and refreshing, its name nods to the fleeting beauty of youth. 5.2% ABV

We've got a fresh batch of SAVOY'S BEST MILD for you this weekend!

Dark mild is a traditional British pub b**r built for long conversations and full pints. Low in alcohol, but rich in character, it delivers cocoa, toasted bread crust, and soft caramel over a smooth, dry finish. Brewed with a touch of invert sugar for authenticity and balance, it stays classic and highly drinkable. Be sure to stop by for a pint served on the b**r engine if you can! 3.6% ABV

Shhh, can you keep a secret? Time and time again we return to this little hoppy ale with Nugget, Cascade, Simcoe, and Citra. Originally brewed by our brewer for himself and our staff, it quickly became a favorite among our loyal supporters we're happy to share a little bit with you, but remember, mum's the word, okay? Keep it secret, keep it safe, and enjoy it fresh! 5.4% ABV

For the third Oktoberfest style b**r of the season, we made an American style Marzen. Brewed with all Wisconsin malted Vienna, Munich, and Caramunich and hopped with Cluster. Nice and malty with notes of caramel and biscuits. 5.0% ABV
