Originally developed by Savannah legend, Chef Moon Nguyen, these have been a mainstay of our private events for as long as we can remember. As they say, don’t mess with perfection!

Brick oven-roasted airline chicken breast, luxurious wild mushroom risotto, sauteed asparagus, and Marsala jus. As phenomenal as this dish is, our killer risotto has a fan club all its own! Winner, winner!
