Ok for today’s memory from The Jinx is titled mommy was tired. It’s 12-31-2015 the year I had my daughter and so many others were birthed within that span. We we were all slap out tired and delirious. So for our Halloween theme that year was just a classic elementary school Halloween with pumpkins ghosts spiderwebs and bats. Band is the amazing Rage Against The Machine tribute band Fistful of Steel with Brooke Schwartz Alex Mason . Song never hit so true as 2026. Thank yall for your time and musicianship. Yeah I couldn’t DIY this Halloween so my baby and I loaded up at target to bring it to you. 🫠 And Burke Burke Stewart I am still so haunted by this costume sir. You know the history of the striped polo. Love yall come see us for our event next March ! ❤️🦇💔

Ok so this was The Turkey Callers not Wh**ky Dick with Tony Beasley Ray Lundy Michael Christopher Walker Throw in some Gil kicking absolute ass at RockNRollBingo and I have ZERO memory of us selling pigs feet. The JINXIES where were you tonight ??? Today’s memory from The Jinx is actually from another venue like 2 hours ago. I went for the band, not the venue. Having said that it was really nice ! Jessica I miss designing with you ! And honestly I just KNEW I kept these milk cartons for a reason, and the reason is today’s post I just didn’t know that then. 🤯 These are AMAZING. I’m sure my neighbors were concerned when I painted this bathtub but oh well. Burke Stewart Andrew Fidler wasn’t it yall that picked it up to take to the bar ? 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Remnants of blood wrestling. Jordan Duff didn’t have a costume I lent him some contacts. For today’s THE JINX memory is Halloween of 2018, one of our last together 🥹🥹🥹 why were we so good at this ? Idk decades of practice I suppose, I’ll tell you the origin story another time I swear. But mostly because of the COUNTLESS people who donated their time imaginations and artistry every year, just for the love of Halloween, not money. I’ll try and list some of those below. Clearly it’s frustrating to get a pic of us all behind the bar ha. Why am I sticking my butt out to the window ? I honestly don’t know. I remember the boys being extremely mad at me this particular year cause getting an actual cast iron bathtub in to the window was not easy. BUT WORTH IT ! Ok this was an epic 15th anniversary line up ! And I literally have no idea why the ONLY video or photo from this night is of me and Harley and it’s 3 seconds long. No clue what he’s thanking me for but clearly it was a fun night. All I can think is that maybe I didn’t have pockets that night to carry my phone around is my only guess.
