The Smiles crew just completed SAFE Bar Network training, because creating a great night out means more than great music and good drinks. It means looking out for our guests, recognizing when someone might need help, and doing our part to make Savannah nightlife safer for everyone.

WE’RE HIRING: FRIDAY/SATURDAY BARBACK

Savannah Smiles is looking for a reliable, hard-working barback to join our team!

Schedule:
Friday: 5:30 PM – Close
Saturday: 5:00 PM – Close

Possibility for additional shifts as experience grows, including special events and other high-volume nights.

Compensation: Competitive with industry-standard barback pay and based on venue sales.

This is a high-energy position that requires you to be comfortable moving all night, stocking, carrying kegs, interacting with guests, self-managing, and taking direction on the fly.

We are a high-volume venue, and being on time and available every weekend is a must. Time off needs to be scheduled in advance so we can make sure your role is covered.

We’re looking for someone who wants to join our team long term. This is not a pipeline position to bartending - we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the barback role and wants to take ownership of it.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
If you have a strong work ethic, can take coaching, and have a desire to learn and take ownership of your role, we’re happy to teach you the ropes.
