Chicken is often an afterthought. Ours is anything but.

We source our birds from Marjac Farms in Gainesville, GA, completely debone them, then smoke them to perfection. Served with our spiced chicken jus, delicata squash tart, and chanterelle mushrooms.

New menu item spotlight: Pork Schnitzel!

Every menu item is crafted with intention from start to finish. Our pork is from Hunter Cattle in Brooklet, GA, pounded thin and crisped in panko and Marsh Hen Mills cornmeal. Topped with smoked country ham from The Hamery in Murfreesboro, TN, pickled red cabbage, smoked anchovy aioli, charred fennel, and garlic chili crunch, all over a bright basil purée.
