Villa Puccini Vermentino

Easily his favorite option on our entire 80+ by-the-glass w**e list! While this light-bodied white is famous across coastal Italy (specifically, the island of Sardinia), this bottle hails from the warm Mediterranean sun and fertile soils of Tuscany.. and it’s truly something special. What hooked us is the unbelievable nose: fresh mint and citrus notes that make it feel like a refreshing mojito in w**e form! (Maybe we should call it ver-MINT-ino instead? 😉)

Dry, crisp, and slightly richer than its island counterparts, it is deliciously complex (often appealing to fans of Sauvignon Blanc). Despite its light-bodied character, it carries higher levels of phenols that add structure and a subtle, pleasant bitterness on the finish.

It’s not just a staff favorite, but a guest favorite as well. If you haven't tried it yet, make today the day! We’re pouring it for just $10 until 6 PM today. See you at the bar 🥂

We love a dreamy tablescape… especially when it matches the art! This blue and yellow, lemon-themed bachelorette setup found its perfect match in the D. Paul Graham piece over the fireplace! And complemented so beautifully by the soft, abstract coastal landscape pastels by Jack Wilson.
