1. PART TIME/FULL TIME FRY COOK
- Hours are typically 3:30PM to 8:30PM during the week (Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday) and until 9:30PM or slightly later on the weekends (Friday & Saturday).
- Use fryers and gas range to cook/prepare most side dishes (fries, onion rings, mac 'n' cheese, etc...) and some pastas when required.
- Keep your workspace tidy. Basic routine cleaning duties.
- Job is easy as hell. $15/hr starting pay.

2. PART TIME DISHWASHER
- Hours are typically 4:00PM to 8:30PM during the week (Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday) and until 9:30PM or slightly later on the weekends (Friday & Saturday).
- Wash dishes. Bus dining tables when you have time. Keep your workspace tidy. Basic routine cleaning duties.
- Job is easy as hell. $14/hr starting pay.

3. PART TIME SERVER/BARTENDER
- Hours available are:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 10:30AM to 4:00 PM
- Monday & Tuesday from 4:00PM to CLOSE (9:00PM earliest)
- In charge of serving beverages, performing routine cleaning duties, cooking basic bar food on occasion & tending to casino patrons.
- Must undergo responsible alcohol service certification class within 60 days of being hired.
- Work alone for most shifts with nobody breathing down your neck. Backup is always available when needed.
- Keep all your tips, naturally. Weekly tips for current employees average roughly between $300 - $500. $11/hr starting pay.

The only thing more sad than the passing of Dolly Parton is the thought that one day there will no longer be elderly people that don't know how to hang up a cell phone who end up leaving us a 3 minute voicemail of themselves breathing and/or having a conversation with their spouse about how annoyed they are that we aren't open at 5:39am.
