Food Truck Season is back at Perlick Distillery! Our first food truck of the season will be this Friday, May 1st. We’ll have food trucks on-site Thursday-Sunday until the end of October. Please check our website ( https://perlickdistillery.com/food-truck-schedule ) to find an updated schedule! We will not be serving charcuterie boards when food trucks are available.

Also, we are hosting our 3rd annual Food Truck Fest on May 30th & 31st! We have 17 food trucks attending!

Our spirits are blended with real, 100% pure, Northwest Wisconsin honey from Nohr Honey ranch in Chippewa County to bring you a fresh take on our Yeoman Vodka! Yeoman Honey Flavored Vodka is available year-round, and will soon be available anywhere Yeoman Vodka is sold.

You might be wondering the best way to enjoy Honey Flavored Vodka? We recommend a glass full of ice, filling it 1/2 full of Honey Flavored Vodka, topping with club soda, and adding a squeeze of fresh lemon!

Unfortunately, food truck season is over. HOWEVER, beginning this Thursday, Perlick Distillery will start offering full and half-size charcuterie boards in the Tasting Room! These boards are loaded with some great Wisconsin meats and cheeses: Louie's Finer Meats, Inc. in Cumberland, WI, North Country Dairy in Almena, WI, Moose Lake Mustard in Chetek, WI, kaiserson honey in Eau Claire, WI Sartori Cheese in Plymouth, WI, Marieke Gouda in Thorp, WI, and Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery Cheese Curds in Ellsworth, WI. We hope you enjoy the food!

We also want to thank all the food trucks that came out this summer; we look forward to having you back in the spring!

As a reminder, Perlick Distillery is open Thursday – Sunday year-round! You can also check out our other tasting room locations: Mitchell's Cocktail Company in New Richmond, WI (open Thursday to Sunday), and Snø Hill Chapel in Ellsworth, WI (Open the first Thursday – Sunday of each month)!

Summer is winding down, and Perlick Distillery will be introducing new Fall cocktails in the Tasting Room this Thursday, September 25th! These cocktails are also available at our other tasting room locations: Mitchell's Cocktail Company in new Richmond, WI, and Snø Hill Chapel in Ellsworth, WI! Mitchell’s is open year-round Thursday – Sunday, and Snø Hill is open to the public the first weekend of every month. We Hope you all enjoy the new drinks!

Perlick Distillery will have another Whiskey release today at 3PM! Our Yeoman American Single Malt Whiskey is made with 100% malted barley grown on our farm and aged for 5 years. There is a limited amount of Whiskey available; the next release will be in March 2026. Our whiskey is only available at the Distillery, Snø Hill Chapel, and .
