Almost 17 years ago, two couples sat around a fire enjoying some beer and wine. At some point in the night, the idea of partenering up and buying Spring Waters Inn came up. As the night went on, so did their ideas. And those ideas soon turned into serious business, as both husbands got up early the next morning to have a chat with the owner. In Fall of 2001 Butch & Trish Rieschl and Mark Curtis & Bridget Kelly became the new oweners of a bar/grill and restort. After months of back breaking work and hard dedication. With plenty of help from friends, and a "few" beverages along the way, the two couples were finally ready to open in spring of 2002 as Prop's Sports Bar & Grill. Its been 16 fun years packed with memories, stories, and friends. But eventually every story has to come to a end so new ones can begin.
Butch & Trish and Mark & Bridget are happy to announce, and hope you'll help us welcome Chris Kincaid & Jess Kincaid. You may remember Chris as our previous kitchen manager. Chris and Jess are taking the first steps in fulfilling a dream of theirs! Owning their own business! They are going to start by leasing Prop's Sports Bar & Grill, which will be known as Prop's On Long Lake. They are excited and have some fun and new ideas to enhance what has always been "Prop's where the fun never stops"
Lets wish them well and visit their new endeavor often!!
