Brush Creek Distillery is a craft distillery located at The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming. Here, we strive to infuse the pioneering essence of the Wild West into each of our spirits by combining age-old industry practices with innovative efforts that are bold and visionary. Each batch is crafted on-site, utilizing local resources whenever possible to produce the finest spirits. The distillery’s 7,300-foot elevation allows for significant temperature fluctuations, which enhance our barreled spirits program, while granite-filtered water captured from the nearby Sierra Madre mountains and Medicine Bow National Forest provide a pristine natural resource shared across our portfolio. Locally foraged ingredients, along with organic botanicals from the on-site, 20,000 square foot greenhouse set the tone for farm fresh products and unmatched quality. Our selection of spirits was introduced in the summer of 2020 at both the distillery and select retail locations in Wyoming. The range includes Brush Creek Straight Bourbon, Brush Creek Straight Rye, Brush Creek Vodka and Brush Creek Gin.
