Why is our sushi at DUO always so good? All of our sashimi, sushi, hand rolls, and sushi rolls are always prepared fresh, as with all of our dishes.
We only cut each piece of fish, when ordered.

🐟 Our sushi chefs are trained and skilled to filet the whole fish.

📸: This salmon sashimi was sliced fresh in our kitchen, and plated immediately.
Every piece of sushi we serve is cut only when ordered, and our rolls are prepared the with the same standard.

This will be an interactive and hands on Sushi making class, with our very skilled former Michelin Star NYC Restaurant Sushi Chef, ANDY LING, who will be demonstrating his craft at the same time!

Andy and his lovely wife, Meir, have created a beautiful menu for this class.
