⚠️Quick heads up before anything else: WE’RE OPEN AT NOON TOMORROW FOR LABOR DAY!🍺

If your long weekend could use one more cold beer, we’ve got you. Taproom opens at 12pm Monday, The Balti Bayou is here 5-8pm (BYOF before that), and Run Club still heads out at 6:15pm.

Here’s the rest of the week:

🌮 TUESDAY – Taco Tuesday
PigFish taco specials from 4-9pm alongside the regular menu.

🍔 WEDNESDAY – Burger & Pint Night
Cheeseburger, fries + a Calusa pint for $19. Still one of our favorite midweek deals.

🧠🐟 THURSDAY – Trivia + Fish Fry
B Trivial with Syd from 6:30-8:30pm, plus Fish ’n Chips from PigFish.

🎶🥩 FRIDAY – Live Music + Steak Frites
Lesa Silvermore is playing 6-8:30pm with a mix of covers and originals, and PigFish has Steak Frites going all day.

🍺 SATURDAY – TWO RETURNS
Citronious Hazy IPA and Kolben, our German-style Märzen, are both making their way back to the taps + cooler Saturday. Prost season is creeping in. 🍻

🚲🌮 SUNDAY – Legacy Trail Taco Ride
Ride between Calusa and 3 Bridges Brewing, grab some tacos along the way, have a beer. You know the drill.

FLORIDA FEST IS HERE. 🌴🍊

And we’ve got two fresh cans hitting the cooler when we open today.

🍊 BLOOD ORANGE FLORIDA FLAVOR
Florida Flavor with a citrus twist. Light, crisp, a little extra sweetness, and plenty of blood orange. Available in 4pks for the first time.

🐈 BONES & DOMINO
This 8.5% Hazy Double IPA is back. Brewed with Mosaic & Azacca, bringing plenty of citrus, mango, tropical fruit and pine.

Both available starting at 11am today, along with everything else we’ve got lined up for Florida Fest.

Come hang. Drink some Florida beer. Maybe throw an axe. Maybe play some beer pong. Eat something good. Make a day of it.

Mike’s got beer in his eyes, which can only mean one thing: canning day. 🍺

🍊 Blood Orange Florida Flavor is getting canned for its first-ever 4pk release. It’s the Florida Flavor you know - light, crisp and crushable - with blood orange bringing some extra citrus, a little sweetness and plenty of orange character.

We’re not stopping there. We’ll also have five Bliss treatments pouring draft only for Florida Fest:

PigFish is bringing out a couple Florida Fest specials this Saturday.

🇨🇺 CUBANO
Marinated and slow cooked Cheshire Pork, Cheshire ham, swiss cheese, mojo mustard, pickles, pressed between Cuban bread.

🐟 FLOUNDER REUBEN
Cortez Flounder with our PigFish seasoning, napa cabbage slaw, thousand island dressing, swiss cheese, on marble rye.

Both specials will be available from PigFish all day Saturday, along with their regular menu.

And we’ve got another option joining us for the day:
🦪 CALUSA OYSTER COMPANY | 12–5PM
They’ll be set up and shucking oysters throughout the afternoon.

Plenty to eat. Plenty to drink. Come make a day of it.

Bones & Domino is back this Saturday (9/5) - our 8.5% Hazy Double IPA, and one we’re always happy to see back in the building.

Big, hazy, soft, and very much an IPA for people who still get excited about a fresh DIPA.

Five different treatments of our Berliner Weisse, all made specifically for Florida Fest and all draft only. Some fruity. Some tropical. One has pickles involved. We feel pretty good about where we landed.

All five go on tap when we open at 11am this Saturday (9/5).

🦪 FRESH OYSTERS AT FLORIDA FEST!

This Saturday, Calusa Oyster Company is joining us for Florida Fest, shucking oysters from 12–5pm.

And when we say fresh, we mean it. These oysters will be harvested just hours before the event and brought straight over to be shucked on site.
