June has arrived ☀️🍻
And you know what that means...

🏴‍☠️ Zote Day 2026 is right around the corner.
We're officially in the final countdown. Pirate Pints are rolling, the weather is doing Florida things, and before you know it we'll be drinking Zote variants all day on June 20th.

Until then, we've got another solid week in the taproom 👇

MONDAY 🏃‍♂️🍽️
Run Club kicks off at 6:15pm from the brewery parking lot and heads down the Legacy Trail.
The Hungry Hungarian food truck will be here 5-8pm serving up the goods while you pretend the run was the reason you came.

TUESDAY 🌮🍺
Taco Tuesday doing exactly what Taco Tuesday is supposed to do.
PigFish taco menu running 4-9pm alongside the regular menu.

WEDNESDAY 🍔🍟
Burger Night.
Cheeseburger + fries + a pint for $19.
At this point some of you have this built into your weekly schedule and honestly we respect it.

THURSDAY 🧠🍻
Trivia with Syd from 6:30-8:30pm.
Bring your smartest friends or your luckiest friends. Either strategy seems to work.

FRIDAY 🎶🍺
Live music with Dean Johansen from 6-8:30pm.
Cold beer, good tunes, and a Friday night in the taproom. Tough life.

One of the things we love most about the Night Market is getting to showcase people in our community who love what they do.

Tonight you'll find Brad from Vinyl Vault, Sarasota's newest record shop, bringing along a selection of vintage vinyl and music treasures. What started years ago as a love for collecting records has grown into a downtown shop built around preserving music, sharing stories, and connecting people through great albums.

Alongside Brad, you'll find a lineup of local makers, artists, and small businesses spread throughout the brewery.

🌊🍋 NEW LAGER ALERT 🍋🌊

Bernie jumped in tank-side to try Smooth Sailing for the very first time, a brand new tropical lager brewed from an idea our brewers have been wanting to chase for a while now.

Built with SH-45 lager yeast to push fruity hop expression, this one brings huge lemon-lime citrus, ripe mango, tropical sorbet vibes, and subtle honeydew melon notes while still finishing crisp, dry, and ridiculously drinkable like a proper lager should. Featuring Huell Melon, El Dorado, and Dolcita hops, Smooth Sailing balances noble hop character with modern tropical expression in a way that just screams summer beer.

This is one of those beers where you can really feel the brewers having fun with it - blending traditional lager drinkability with bright tropical hop character without losing that clean finish we love.

Tropical Orca is back on draft and in 4pks - loaded with bright tropical haze from Nelson, Citra, and HBC 1019 hops, and apparently now permanently attached to at least one or two members of staff.
