The Sand Dollar Pool Bar and Grill is a great hangout at the pool and hot tub on the property of the Best Western Plus - Siesta Key Gateway.

The Sand Dollar Pool Bar is located at the Spark by Hilton Siesta Key Gateway property and is now open Subday trough Thursday 12-8 and Fridays and Saturdays 2-10. Come join us Thursday through Saturday, 3 days a week for a light snack and a yummy cocktail, frozen drink, smoothie, beer, wine, margarita, martini or whatever you feel like. Seating is under cover, outside. Credit cards only; no cash. Must be over 21 but you do not have to be staying at the hotel to enjoy!
