What to do this Saturday? Well thats easy! Roll on in the Paradise Alley where we have a special Blues treat for you. The only one in captivity,Mark Miller will be bringing his fiery brand of Blues at ya up close and personal when the Mark Miller Blues Band unleashes thier powerhouse brand of relentless,hard driving Blues guaranteed to get your blues bones rattling! Maine Blues Hall of Fame inductee and collaborator with former lead singer of the infamous rock band Boston, Brad Delp, Mark delivers a freight train size package of incendiary blues that will leave you gasping for more! Show starts at 9 p.m. **Due to limited seating we will not be able to accept reservations for this show so get here early!

To add to the fun Saturday, my long time best buddy of forty five years, Jim Ruckdeshell will be here celebrating his 60th Birthday!! So if anyone has a walker or wheelchair that we can borrow for this "old man" to jam out on the dance floor, I'm sure Jim would appreciate it!

**Emergency Building Closure**
Band Reschedule/Bar closed for Saturday June 10 show.

Paradise Alley will be closed down tonite, June 10, for emergency building repairs. Regrettably I will also have to cancel the Bill Mott Blues Band Show scheduled for 9 p.m. and reschedule them in the near future. My apologys to all the customers who planned to attend this event but this situation appeared unexpectadly when I arrived at the bar today to open up and a repair crew will be working through the night to have the bar open and ready by Monday.

Whew! What an upcoming weekend of hot Blues and fun (and mystery!!)
Tonite The Lisa Ridings Blues Band is going to be whupping it to ya in a don't miss show so hold on tight and enjoy the ride! Plus FREE hot, delicious pizza at 8:30 to help restore all that energy your going to be dancing off!
Saturday, back with a Blues vengeance is the return of The Bill Mott Blues Band with special guest, Maine Blues Hall of Fame guitarist himself Mark Miller! The last time these cats played here, they left the building a smoldering pile of ash! Industrial fans couldn't cool these guys down! It's ruputed The Blues once had a near Bill Mott Blues Band experience! 9p.m. to 1pm

The "Mystery" part? Well it seems I'm addressing questions daily on weather the rumors are true of Paradise Alley being haunted! From sightings and experiences from both staff (including myself!) and customers alike, it appears that it is indeed a possibility! Fortunately, all these incidents have been playfull and mischievious in nature .(but spooky none the less!)
Maybe these Spirits just like hanging around my Spirits! Coupled with a recent unexplained discovery (No, not going to tell you..yet!) it sure does add an element of intrigue to the place though! Stay tuned! I'll be posting stories of these odd happenings as they unfold. But don't worry all you scaredy cats, Paradise Alley is still the "Boo tifull" place to get your Blues jones on!

Big thank you and a hearty "Welcome" to all my cool cat customers piling in to Paradise Alley with additional friends supporting the only exclusive Blues venue in town. So with that said, I propose a little celebratory special all day today. Champagne by the glass for a measley $3.00! All day and all nite! AND ...wait for it...A special guest bartender! The one and only Halle Berry!!!! (wait..maybe that was Marion Barry..Well whatever..guess I got into the Champagne a bit early when I made the call..) Either way, whoever shows up behind the bar will still get your Bubbly blues jones on! C'mon down and kick back on the new lounge corner complete with a comfy couch. (Sorry , no overnites!)

I've finally finished talking to all your boss's. They all agreed to let you have Saturday off (with pay of course) so you can catch the hot blues of 7th Son & The Organics this Friday at 8 p.m. !
These cats were raised by Wolves in a shotgun shack down in the Delta so they KNOW the Blues! Firefighters will be standing by with water hoses to spray you down as the house heats up under their rollicking brand of raucus blues you can only get at Paradise Alley! The Funky Grillmaster will be outside serving up the tastiest grilled goodies you can find this side of 'ole Miss as well. So what are you waiting for? Get your Mojo workin' and blaze it on over this Friday nite!
