As an added treat, I am discounting an additional 10% off the 3 year brandy, the two year barrel aged rum, and the vodka. That's 60% off these products.

50% discount remains on all other bottles.

My first evening away from the distillery in almost two weeks and I'm spending it in the back yard writing out brandy labels. My backyard is highly neglected, but the pre-sunset sky makes up for it. And some good spirits don't hurt either.

I will have 120 new bottles of 3 years aged brandy available this weekend, and that's it. I now have everything bottled and available for you. 50% off discount remains in effect util my last day open on August 3rd.

This latest brandy is distilled from an amalgamation of cabernet, merlot, syrah, zinfandel, and Moscato. Much richer than the brandy from the rosé wine. This one is at 116.6 proof and was aged in American white oak.

I emptied the last Copper Collar barrel of brandy on Independence Day and still made it home in time to watch the Santee fireworks from my backyard. Good times.

I also finished labeling all of the final barrel of rum I bottled this week. The rum will be available for tastings and purchases tomorrow, but the last barrel of brandy won't be ready until next Saturday. My apologies, I've been doing my best to get everything bottled quickly. I'll get there eventually.

It'd be cool to see you tomorrow, Saturday, from 1pm-7pm.

I was at the distillery Tuesday night getting the last rum barrel into bottles. I actually paused to take pictures so I could share. Unusual, I know. Ha

This barrel aged rum will be available for purchase this Saturday. Aged two years and two months in new American Oak, all bottles are cask strength at 117 proof. I am labeling tonight so they are ready for Saturday.

I intend to bottle the last barrel of brandy tomorrow, and that will be the last barrel. If all goes well, I will have some of this brandy available on Saturday as well.

Only 6 Saturdays until closing. That's right. Copper Collar Distillery will be closing our doors on August 3rd. All bottles are discounted 50% to sell of remaining bottle inventory.

I was attempting to bottle the last rum barrel this week, but my schedule prevented me from finishing this task. I expect to have this rum fully bottled by July 6th so I can empty the last brandy barrel thereafter. I'll then have everything bottled and ready for sale.

Stop in tomorrow, Saturday, June 29th, for tastings and bottle sales. Time is running out, and all bottles need to go.

***CLOSING AUGUST 3RD***

50% discount on all bottles is in effect up to the final Saturday I am open. I am running low on some products but I do still have everything available now. I will also be bottling up two more barrels in the next couple weeks. I'd really like to sell off all the inventory before my last day.

Based on my schedule with my navy job, August 3rd is the most sensible option I could come up with. I will need the month of August to pack up and clear out of the space I am in. Including today, that means I am only going to be open seven more days before closing, but as I have mentioned before, I'd do my best to meet up with you outside my regular business hours. All sales do need to take place on the premises, however.

Open Saturdays from 1pm-7pm up until August 3rd. I'd be happy to serve you a tasting and send you off with some of these great spirits.
