Introducing The Victor, the newest restaurant in Santa Ynez spearheaded by Executive Chef, Beto Huizar. Inspired by our location in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley, our offerings focus on live fire, land, and sea. Each dish is made with fresh, seasonal ingredients from California's central coast. The live fire component is attributed to our use of a Josper Oven and a traditional Santa Maria Grill to smoke, roast, and grill.
