This weekend we had the honor of celebrating Mr. & Mrs. Abey 🥂💍 The menu was stacked with crowd favorites — a floral & refreshing Lavender Lemon Drop, a timeless Classic Old Fashioned, and a bold & zesty Spicy Margarita 🌿🍋🍹

Exciting News! ✨🚎🍸

My name is Alicia Morrison, and I am beyond thrilled to officially introduce myself as the new owner of The Tipsy Wagon! I took over this amazing business in October from the incredible Justine, and I can’t thank her enough for building such a fantastic brand and giving me this opportunity!

A little about me—I’ve been in the service industry for over 14 years, and I truly LOVE everything about it! I started as a hostess at 18 and quickly worked my way up—serving, bartending, and even stepping into management. After years of dedication, I decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship in 2024, and here I am, living my dream!

I wear all the hats—wife, mom, owner, operator, bartender, social media manager… you name it, that’s me! I’m the one behind every email, every social media post, and 95% of the time, I’m the one behind the bar shaking up your drinks and bringing the party to life!

I am SO excited for this next chapter and can’t wait to serve up good times and great drinks with The Tipsy Wagon. Thank you all for the love and support—let’s raise a glass to new adventures! 🥂✨

K+C’s wedding was spectacular tonight 🤩

Seriously, such a great group of people we served. That has to be my favorite part of serving weddings, encountering incredible groups of people that love eachother, be it friends or family.

I thought it was awesome how many Lompoc local vendors we got to work alongside tonight! Some for the first time and others we’ve had the pleasure of working together prior. I didn’t catch who all of the vendors were tonight but it was such a fun wedding and everyone killed it!

The signature cocktail experience 🎉

My favorite part of the job (apart from celebrating love) is making fun and delicious cocktails. In the food and beverage industry, I was always taught that guests eat with their eyes first. So creating an aesthetically pleasing bar area and cocktails is of the upmost importance for me!

We have another wedding featuring some delicious cocktails this weekend. Stay tuned 🤤
