Chocolate Tart. Guava Curd. Red Chile-Citrus Cream. Olive Oil Caramel.
This dessert started with two things he loves most: chocolate and guava. From there, Chef Dakota built a plate that moves through every note she loves to chase in a dessert - rich and silky chocolate, bright acidity from the guava, a subtle touch of red chile heat, olive oil caramel, and just enough salt and savory depth to keep you coming back for another bite.
It's a study in contrast and balance. Smooth and crunchy.
Sweet and tart. Familiar and unexpected.
