DOUBLE RELEASE

We’ve got two awesome new releases for you this week!

“Down Slope” is a collaboration with our friends that blends our Saison with their beautiful estate Pinot Noir grapes. This is a match made in heaven that beautifully showcases our sense of place here in Santa Cruz County.

“Bramble Lane” is a super jammy Oak-aged Saison resplendent with Marion berry. Exclusively available to SARA’s Cellar members late last year, “Bramble Lane” is now available to all.!

Pick up both bottles this week at all three of our locations including our online store.

You are looking at a small but pivotal moment in our history as a brewery. For the first time ever, our adored Anaïs is available in bottles!

Since our beginning, this classic Belgian-style Saison has been the foundation of our Mixed-fermentation program. A long time draft offering, it never received the spotlight like its more developed relatives Saison Bernice and others.

Now, for the first time ever, Anaïs is available in smaller format (500ml) bottles. Due to contact with our bottling line and bottle conditioning, this iteration of Anaïs picked up hints of our house culture without a deliberate addition. Expect subtle acidity and tartness that is balanced with a more traditional saison flavor profile.

Food and wallet friendly ($11 a bottle) this is a great gateway to our Mixed-Ferm offerings.

Bottles are available at all of our locations and our online store.

Object Permanence & Anaïs

We’re dropping two brand NEW bottle releases this week!

• “Object Permanence” - we took our beloved Brett forward Saison “Lucybelle” and aged it in American Oak Foudres from for added complexity and character.

• “Anaïs” - Our House Saison makes it way to 500ml bottles for the very first time! You’ll notice subtle tartness from bottle conditioning, but balanced with a more “traditional” saison flavor profile. Consider this an entry way to our Mixed-fermentation Saisons.

Both bottles will be hitting our shelves at all three locations, and our online store, this week!

• “Bended Note” - this is a Saison with cherries aged in puncheons. Expect massive waves of Cherry flavor with added complexity from these choice barrels 🍒🍒🍒

• “Bright Sea Blonde” - this is a lovely Barrel-aged Belgian-style Blonde Ale. A classic from our canon.

Introducing “Hallowed Hearth” a blend of English-style and honey barleywines double barrel-aged 26-28 months in Elijah Craig 18-year, Heaven Hill, Henry McKenna, Buffalo Trace, and Basil Hayden Toast bourbon casks!
