A quick moment for the BRANDING! 🤩🪩✨💕

So thrilled to bring AIRBRUSH PHONE CASES ☆ to life last night for their pop-up! Fully custom wrapped bar, fully branded menu, and even branded cocktails! 🔥 What more could a girl want, really?

A few things we heard from guests last night:

“This is THE BEST cocktail I’ve ever had in my LIFE”
“Amazingly balanced!”
“This tastes like a charcuterie board!!!” (One of our savory cocktails, IYKYK 😉)
“I want the one that she got - it’s soooo gooooood”

Cocktails TRAVEL throughout an event - make sure it’s a FABULOUS impression, and speaks to your brand!!

Just popping up on your feed to remind you that you still need to book the bar for your holiday party. 👀🍸

And yes, we’re already booking up for the season!

Corporate parties, holiday get-togethers, backyard celebrations… whatever you’ve got planned, we’d love to be part of it! 🎄🥂

Now go ahead and cross one more thing off that to-do list. 😉

Sometimes it’s the little things that make the biggest memories. 🥹

Not every special moment needs a fancy cocktail or an elaborate setup. Sometimes it’s a tray of ice-cold Cokes, passed around at just the right time.

We love helping bring all the little details of your event to life, no matter how big or small. Because at the end of the day, it’s all about the experience. ❤️

You have enough things to think about when you’re planning an event. The bar doesn’t need to be one of them. 😉

Hire us. That’s it. That’s the whole plan. 🤷🏻‍♀️

We’ll help with the menu, tell you exactly what you need, bring the mixers, juices, syrups, garnishes, ice, cups, equipment, and all the pretty little details, then show up and make sure your guests have a REALLY good time.

Seriously. That’s all you have to do. 🍸✨

Now go worry about literally anything else. We’ve got the bar.

Your wedding guests at 10pm: “I could really use a coffee.” ☕️

Say less.

Our pre-bottled cold brews are the perfect late-night wedding pick-me-up, ready to grab, already chilled, and easy to sip between trips to the dance floor. 💃🏻

And because we love a good detail, the bottles can be completely personalized to match your wedding, with your names, date, custom artwork, or branding.

Pass them out with late-night snacks, stock them by the dance floor, or send guests home with one for the road.

Cute? Yes.
Delicious? Obviously.
Keeping Grandma on the dance floor until last call? We’re doing important work here. 😂

Add personalized bottled cold brew to your Happy Trails bar service!

Cocktails, but make them personal. 🤩🍸

Personalized drink tags, gorgeous glassware, fresh florals, and a Big Bear backdrop? Yeah, we’re into it.

We love finding little ways to make your bar feel like it was made specifically for your event, because the best details are the ones your guests actually get to enjoy. ✨

And honestly, seeing your initials hanging from your cocktail just makes it taste better. We don’t make the rules. 😂

Planning a wedding or event? Reach out to secure your date! 😍

Happy Trails Bar Co. is officially 6! 🥹

I can’t believe this little company that does big things started SIX years ago today! Of course the planning, the Pinterest-ing, and the dreaming started long before I purchased any trailers or bars or hired any of our incredible team, but today is the day the paperwork was finished.

I’m so lucky to be here in this moment. I have this beautiful company with so many hard-working, phenomenal team members who pour so much heart into what we do. I’m grateful! ❤️

So many people have touched this company to get it where it is today, and I feel like we’re just getting started!

Not only have we been a part of hundreds of special moments like your weddings, showers, birthdays, even celebrations of life, but we’ve been all over the map and worked with so many mind-blowing, pinch-me companies and helped bring their brand activations to life!

If you’ve worked with me at events, thank you.
If you’ve hired us for your events, thank you.
If you’ve referred us for events, thank you.
If you’ve liked, commented, shared, thank you.
If you’ve talked about our company without us in the room, thank you.

You are all a part of this journey! 🥹
