From Bordeaux to Paradise Springs ✈️ Explore the complex and captivating varietals of Bordeaux through the unique winemaking perspective of Paradise Springs Winery, Santa Barbara.

Recently back from Bordeaux, our resident Sommelier, Stephen Goularte, will take you on a deep dive into soils, climate, terroir, and other expressions that uniquely define each region.

What to Expect 🍷 Several wines from Happy Canyon will be presented, and some Bordeaux surprises may pop up. Cheese and snacks will also be hosted during this unique presentation.

Santa Barbara ➡️✈️ Bordeaux, France

The PSW bi-coastal team is taking advantage of winter downtime to explore our roots in one of the world's foundational wine regions.

The team has spent the week drawing inspiration from the traditions of French winemaking, focusing on noteworthy producers of the region, such as Château Margaux and Château Montrose.

🍷 Of course, we had to bring some F'ing Merlot to share with our new French connections.
