Tutti Frutti Farms is one of the local farms that we source our seasonal produce from. Right now, their heirloom tomatoes at summer peak are featured as a panzanella on our menu with grilled sourdough, smoked tomato vinaigrette and whipped goat’s milk ricotta, pinenuts, and basil. Farm to table is even better when the farm is right up the road.

The “Ode to Cafe Du Monde” is officially here!

Growing up in Houston, road trippin down to New Orleans was always a good idea. There is no place like it. This dish brings back all of the nostalgia of eating their delicious beignets and drinking a stout chicory coffee. Our rendition features a dark chocolate dipping sauce infused with Cafe Du Monde chicory coffee. ☕️ 🍫 . Hope to see yall soon!

The “Ocean Whitefish a.k.a Tilefish”’ is an incredibly surprising species. You may not find it sold commercially often, but based on its diet of primarily crustaceans, this is one you should try next time you see it. What an absolute honor tonight’s dinner was. We got to collaborate with our ultimate main man 🎣, the best farm freshness from 👨🏻‍🌾 , & the dudes 🍸 for a night to celebrate Santa Barbara. What an incredible place to be in, to cook in, and to showcase how insane it is to eat and drink what comes from here. Thank you to everyone who came out and supported all of us. We’re all so lucky and grateful to able to do such rad things. 🤙
