Good Morning Sanibel!
Season is here and we are looking for a new food runner/ busser to join our team!
⭐️ PLEASE APPLY IN PERSON⭐️

Responsibilities:
-Reading food ticket and bringing each listed item to designated table
- Make sure all dishes match the description on the ticket (correct sauce, extra plate, no onions etc.)
- Make sure guest have everything they need once the food is out. If they need something, get it for them or let the server know.
- Bus and clean tables inside restaurant, bar area and patio.
- Assist servers and bartenders
- Food runner sidework including but not limited to, filling up ice bins, clean garbage cans at end of the night, mop designated areas.

Must be able to:
- Lift 30lbs
- Be on feet for whole shift
- Wear a mask for duration of shift

Good Afternoon Sanibel!! Season is here! We’re looking for a couple of enthusiastic bartenders and a few servers to join our Fish House Family!

Job Responsibilities:
-Take food and beverage order from guests accurately and with a positive attitude.
-Engage with guests in a kind and friendly manner.
-Knowledge of the menu and dinner/drink specials with the ability to make suggestions.
-Make sure guest are enjoying everything and the ability to take action to correct any problems.
-Prepare itemized checks and collect payment.
-Help with general cleaning and doing your designated side work at the end of a shift.

Job Requirements:
-Knowledge/ Experience in providing fast paced customer service.
-A positive attitude and the ability to work as a team.
-Ability to lift 30lbs
-Ability to stand on feet for entire shift.
-Ability to wear a face covering for entire shift.
Experience preferred, but not required. We will train.

As the food runner you would be responsible for:
-Ensuring all dishes are correct and match what’s on the ticket.
-Make sure each dish has the correct sauce(s) or other condiments.
-Bussing tables; clearing plates and glasses and wiping tables down with sanitizer.
-Light general cleaning of the restaurant.

*Pay is per hour, plus tips.*
