As many of you know by now I I have a tax issue which I am working on resolving. Unfortunately there are those that would rather see me go to jail than pay my debt.
I am not one to post my personal life on Facebook. However, there is a group of folks out there that would like to write the script of my life, including a plethora of false information. I am not professing any innocence or guilt for that matter, I am referring to a PERSONAL matter that has become quite public at the hands of several who have nothing to do but ruin other peoples lives.
Wolfy's is a great place, employing 22 wonderful people. The attacks on me affect their lively hood. I have stepped back from daily operations until this matter is resolved.
For those of you that don't know the arrest that was referred to in some resent posts was the result of a concerned citizen. Imagine someone was so CONCERNED about my tax liability they found it necessary to pursue me, arrest me and incarcerate me for 46 days. With NO charges whatsoever...
A real concerned citizen would be worrying about hungry children, battered women, or our neglected veterans, not to mention violent crime offenders, and those that are a true menace to society. Once again I am not going to air my laundry on Facebook however I feel like I need to bring light to the fact that lies are being told.and truths being withheld.There are many circumstances that have led to this most unfortunate situation.
My apologies to so many friends and family I never wanted anyone involved, I tried to do it alone. There are so many Greg, Denise,Ken, Nick,Sam, Melissa, Missy, Larry, Gena, Michelle, Mike, Carrie, Michael, Greg, Kevin, Steve, Nancy, Tom, Shane,Craig,David, Dorrie, Jen, Jennifer, Ally, Lesley, and the hundreds of musicians, (literally), and so many others. As for the musicians please do not cancel your dates for 2018. I have put in place several responsible people to continue on, until I return. I am not putting their names in this post. It is business as usual. Please trust me. My love and passion for Wolfy's and the community we built is my driving force to get this behind me. Please continue to support Wolfy's. We need you now more than ever. We WILL prevail.
If there should ever be a cause to fight, it is our corrupt judicial system. You are guilty until proven innocent on the criminal side. On the civil side as a defendant there is NO defense unless you have more time, money and patience than life has to offer. Trust me I know. The corruption, Judges that are elected and sponsored by attorneys fund raising. Then the behavior of some of the people we count on to protect us, and not doing their job, creates a vile and disgusting trail of corruption, . Judicial misconduct as well as unethical attorney behavior. And the "good ole boy" system, where you can get favors when you know someone. Some true crimes get overlooked while petty crimes could be persued within the highest extent of the law, as long as your friends with the right person.... I'm sure there has to be an ethical attorney or judge out there some place that can handle this.
