She accepted the treatment plan… then said she wanted her teeth to look like Pamela Anderson’s. 😂

In this funny moment from the Mommy Dentists in Business Social Summit 2026, Hernan shows how a patient story can bring a room to life and get everyone thinking about the conversations happening in their own practices.

That’s the energy Hernan brings to Total Team Training with The Dr. Dick Barnes Group: laughter, real-world lessons, and practical ways to help your team communicate and connect with patients.

Come for the learning. Bring your team. Expect a few laughs along the way! 🙌

What a way to kick off the Mommy Dentists in Business Social Summit! 🐝

We wanted to share a few highlights from Day 1! Arrowhead Dental Laboratory is proud to be a Diamond Sponsor of this year’s Social Summit, and we’re excited to be here connecting with so many incredible mommy dentists from across the country.

From great conversations at the Arrowhead booth, to some perfectly on-theme accessories, to Kari taking our “Bee Comprehensive” theme to a whole new level, there has already been plenty to smile about. Kari’s bee costume even caught the attention of MDIB founder Dr. Grace Yum (), who couldn’t resist getting a photo with our favorite bee! 🐝

Hernan also took the stage today, kicking things off to Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5” before delivering a presentation that was a big hit with the audience.

We’re grateful to and for bringing together such an energetic community of dentists, entrepreneurs, leaders, and moms.

Day 1 was a great one, and there’s still more to come!

The 𝐌𝐃𝐈𝐁𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 officially kicks off, and we’re thrilled to spotlight Dr. Valerie Holleman, a valued MDIB member, member of the Dr. Dick Barnes Group team of instructors, and a dedicated dental leader who exemplifies what it means to work smarter, not harder.

We couldn’t be more proud to support dentists like Dr. Holleman who are committed to growing successful practices, serving their patients exceptionally well, and inspiring others along the way.

We can’t wait to connect, learn, and celebrate with our incredible MDIBs community. See you at soon! ✨

🐝 The Buzz is Building!

Arrowhead is sending some of our awesome team members to Washington, DC, this week, where we’re proud to sponsor the 𝐌𝐃𝐈𝐁 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. It promises to be an incredible event!

We’re excited to support the MDIB community and we celebrate all dentists who balance the demands of motherhood, leadership, business ownership, and patient care every day.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭? You don’t have to be an MDIB member to benefit from speaker Hernan Varas, MBA’s insights. The leadership, teamwork, and practice growth strategies he shares can help any dental team thrive. If you’d like to learn more about bringing those concepts to your practice, reach out. Hernan would love to connect.

In the meantime, to everyone attending the Mommy Dentists in Business Summit, we can’t wait to meet you, learn from you, and share in the experience. See you soon in DC!

At Arrowhead, we often hear that we’re “like family.” For Damon Christensen, that’s especially true. ❤️

A third-generation Arrowhead employee and ceramist of more than 30 years, Damon has spent his career helping create smiles for others. 🦷 Recently, he decided it was time to invest in his own.

After years of headaches, jaw pain, and hiding his smile in photos, Damon became a patient in the Full Arch Reconstruction Course with the Dr. Dick Barnes Group. He recently had his final restorations bonded and today, he’s smiling with confidence and feeling better than ever. 😊

We’re proud to be part of Damon’s journey and honored to see him enjoying the life-changing results he helps create for others every day.
