Omini Fiber is a worthless company!!! Called and cancelled my internet and they turned off my phone line to my business. Now the original number is lost and I can’t get this correct till Monday😡😡😡 Now we’re without a phone!!

To any business using an Omni fiber, I would suggest you run. My Business has been struggling since Tuesday morning with no Internet. Called the company on Tuesday morning and as a company they stated they could not service my Internet until Friday. I have been unable to use my POS system and my credit card system since Tuesday. Finally got someone out today and they couldn’t fix it. Then they lied to me and said that their whole Internet is down. Called someone who has their Internet and it’s up and working fine. Called their boss, and he was upset because I was yelling about the service. He then told me do you want me to send someone else to fix it? Well hell that would be nice. Someone’s been here since 11 o’clock and it is now 230 and then he got mad and said I’m not sending anyone out to an angry customer. This is totally messed up.  so yes they still have not even made an effort to fix the problem.

Columbia gas worked till 11 PM last night to get our issue of gas leak restored. We are up and running once again.!
