SAY WHAT? North Idaho Style....Genuine road kill Moose Hamburger with Duck Egg and all the local fixins. Polished it off with our I.P.A. MMM. A shout out to the Gilchrist's for their duck eggs, the fine officer that furnished the moose, the moose herself, and of course whoever hit that poor animal! There IS a God! Our Gluten Free Hamburger buns shown here are available at McDuff's Brewing Company on First. So get some!

Hoppin' Yaya's IPA - made with our own organic hops. We have made this one for several years now; an evolution of the first gluten free beer I ever made with the notorious Mr. Zach Hill. MMM.

At the request of many lager drinkers, I have finally got around to trying it. So I just pitched some lager yeast in our blonde ale and set it in the cellar. Booya, pretty tasty, still a little bit ale-ish, but its a start. I'll dub it the Blonde Logger after Cori's Dad, though he looks more like Santa Clause now. Tonight I am going to stick with our winter ale by the fire. 'Tis the season.

Name one of our Beers! We are at a maximum capacity and are unable to fulfill retail or wholesale orders because of our lack of funding and facilities. We need your help. Though we have no lack of customers, our potential investors say we lack capital. Please check out the project we started on www.kickstarter.com - Search bread. These projects get funded $5 at a time. So please send this to as many people as you can. We only have 30 more days to get this funded!
Thank you to all those who have shown their support thus far.

Brewing our Russian Imperial Stout (The SchoolYard Bully) this week. I created this gluten free rendition after North Coast's Old Rasputin (my dad's favorite beer). Everything is bold about this as its style implies. Big Hops, Big Malt, Big Flavor, Big Aroma, Big Creamy Head.

All of our grain is inherently gluten-free. If you have celiac disease, you don't want to start out with a grain that has gluten in it do you? We use a blend of 3-5 different grains depending on the ale. All of our specialty grain is spouted, malted, kilned, and roasted in house! Most of it is organically sourced too! Cheers!
