Even though the origin of its name still remains a mystery, The Hydra has made its mark in Sandpoint with its unique surroundings, complemented with art and beautiful cut glass works by local artists. Some customer favorites include our whiskey rock oysters, Litehouse cheese curds, and of course, our famous Royalty Prime Rib, carved fresh from the roast and called the “Best in the Northwest”.
