My name is America Higgins, also known as “Meeps”. I’ve been bartending since I was 21, starting in the restaurant industry. I recently turned 25 & have been branching out and expanding my options outside of my comfort zone. I’ve come to love the service industry and the people I’ve met along the way. For awhile I felt lost and didn’t know what I wanted to do with my career. Now, I t

ruly feel like I belong where I am. I have a purpose, and I have a passion. With all that being said, I would LOVE to serve you all for any event. I can serve personal parties, weddings, work events, and really anything you have in mind! I am licensed and ready to help you have the BEST time!

Always keep believing in yourself and don’t give up on your dreams! I have a lot of ideas and things on my mind to one day make a big come back 😘

Anyways here’s a little motivation from Meeps, keep pushing and don’t give up on yourself- your future self will be proud of who you were & your present self should be proud of who you will become.

Hi everyone! Mixology by Meeps misses you 🫶🏼

I realized I have left everyone hanging & wondering what’s going on with Meeps.

December 2025 we welcomed twin boys into the world. We had a 6 week hospital stay, including traveling up to OKC for one of the boys to have a surgery to remove a tumor (benign praise God). Life hit my family hard and we have been finding our groove.

As of right now I don’t know when my books will open back up. Raising 2 babies and a toddler is time consuming and in this season my family needs me. I hope everyone can stand with me as I navigate this time and I hope to have the same support I have experienced thus far when I open my books back up. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who has inquired, booked with me, and invited me to be apart of the biggest moments of YOUR lives! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!😭

However, I won’t leave you all without a recommendation. I would love for all of my existing “clients”, friends, and anyone needing bar help to reach out to Leah at The Sippin Gypsy.Bartending! She is fully licensed and insured through the same company I used. She is punctual, polite, and has years of experience. Please call Leah for your bar needs!
