Starting June 8, we’re featuring one of Paso Robles’ most beloved small family wineries. Paix Sur Terre translates to “Peace on Earth,” a fitting name for wines that invite you to slow down, gather with friends, and enjoy what’s in your glass. Known for Rhône varieties and a devoted following, Ryan’s wines are full of personality, character, and a true sense of place.

Pouring these beauties Friday Night with Winemaker Bret Ureness🍷🔥

These past two weeks we’ve featured his wines—known for their small-lot, Rhône-inspired wines. Expect thoughtfully made blends with a bit of edge—Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre—built to be expressive, food-friendly, and easy to spend time with.

Join us Friday as Bret will be pouring and hanging out, so you can get a feel for the wines straight from the source. We’ll have BBQ sliders from to match this lineup.
