We will provide our guests with a first-class dining experience and paired with a menu that is Locally Sourced and Internationally Inspired. Community members and travelers alike will be invited to enjoy sumptuous plates from our Chew Chew Kitchen and handcrafted drinks from our new patio bar, while soaking in the sights and sounds of the historic Capistrano Depot. Our thoughtful renovations will breathe new life back into the iconic Depot building that was established in 1894. Commuters will delight in our new bakery concept that will complement our culinary program and offer “grab and go” goodies for their train journeys beyond. At Trevor’s At The Tracks, we are committed to the principles of sustainability and will strive to keep our ingredients and offerings as local as possible.
