Hi everyone 👋 Kayla here - your favorite neighborhood beer enthusiast.
As some of you know, I have just started my 3rd year teaching at Piedmont Hills High School. When I was told there would be a coaching opportunity for our FIRST EVER Girls’ Flag Football team this year I got involved as soon as I could. This sport is not only inclusive but gaining momentum as each day passes. It will be in the Olympics come 2028 for the first time ever but, what I think is even cooler, girls in our league will be eligible for college scholarships starting next year. As a public school, we do not require fees to join our team; everyone is eligible to tryout. With that said, we have to raise money for uniforms, equipment, tournaments, etc. and since this our first year we are starting from scratch. And so I am asking my Hop & Vine loyalists who have been with me since day one… Any help would be greatly appreciated for my girls.
