Jtown’s burger is back — and it’s better than ever.

We leveled up the meat to Wagyu and stack it with two juicy 4oz patties packed with flavor. Still rocking our house-made Russian dressing, crisp romaine, fresh roma tomatoes, red onions — and now pickles — all on a soft brioche bun (potato bun will be for the kids burger).

We’re still in our soft opening phase as we continue building our team, training staff, and fine-tuning the kitchen. We’ll also be rolling out more of our signature items soon—including pizzas, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and burgers.

We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who came out to support Jtown Pizza during our ultra soft opening this past weekend. Your patience, energy, and love mean everything to us. 🍕Seeing you carry our pizza boxes during Nikkei Matsuri touched our hearts!

We’re still hard at work—making improvements to the space, fine-tuning the kitchen, and continuing to train our team so we can deliver the experience you truly deserve.
