🌈 As we prepare to close our doors, the world gave us one last reminder of just how bright this place has always been.

We’re heartbroken to be closing our doors, but hearing your stories & memories the past few days has meant everything to us. Thank you for 11 incredible years, San Jose.

This is our final week open, with our last day this Friday, October 31st.

We’re doing our best to have food vendors here all week long, so stay tuned on our stories for updates!

After 11 incredible years of brewing here in San Jose, we are heartbroken to announce that Strike Brewing Co. will be closing its doors. Our final day of operations will be Friday, October 31st.

This decision was not made lightly. While we’re deeply saddened to say goodbye, we are immensely proud of what we’ve built and forever grateful for the community, friendships, and memories that have made Strike Brewing Co. so special.

Thank you for more than a decade of love, laughter, and support. We invite you to join us for one last pint and a toast to the good times. Stop by the taproom to reminisce and take advantage of some great farewell deals as we pour through our remaining inventory.

Introducing Blackberry Blob, an imperial sour brewed in celebration of our 11th Anniversary. This cosmic collab was crafted right here at Strike alongside Jon from Narrative, using fresh blackberry purée, passion fruit purée, real vanilla beans, and lactose for a perfectly balanced blend of tart, fruity, and sweet.

This collaboration was all about two San Jose breweries coming together to make something truly special and we can’t wait for you to taste it.

We’re celebrating our orbit around the sun with FOUR out-of-this-world beer releases.

1. Blackberry Blob: A cosmic collaboration with . Fruited Imperial Sour bursting with blackberry, passion fruit, vanilla, and lactose. Tart, sweet, and intergalactically delicious.

2. Planet of the Pints: A hazy IPA brewed with Citra hops three ways for maximum orbit: whole cone, t90, and cryo. Expect tropical, citrusy flavor straight from another galaxy.

3. Phantom Call: A brand new Hazy DIPA packed with Citra, Amarillo, and Nelson Sauvin hops plus Abstrax hop flavorings for a multidimensional hop experience.

4. Amburana Big Wall: Our award-winning Imperial Stout aged on Brazilian Amburana wood for rich notes of cinnamon and spice — darkness from the deep cosmos.

All styles available starting Friday until while supplies last!
