Here is a tribute to a different San Jose forgotten amusement park. Luna Park had not only a small amusement park, but a small baseball field where the San Jose Prune Pickers hosted California League games.
Luna Park as there from 1910-1921 and most likely did not have a Ferris Wheel, I just liked the way it looked against the backdrop of the moon. Order online, we will have in stock at The Art Boutiki soon as well.

Big thing coming up at Art Boutiki on Friday. Yes, that is Dillon Vado, my own flesh and blood returning to Art Boutiki for a vibes trio show. As cool as that is it gets bigger because the next person on the flyer, Dave King is indeed the Dave King from The Bad Plus. In one of those cases where if you know you know then you know what a beyond huge deal this is for everyone associated with me and Art Boutiki.

And, if you DON'T know then this is what you need to know; this is going to be some serious amazing music produced by people, real people, performed with skills honed over time and fueled by passion and drive and desire. In short, by real emotions and not some AI fueled pseudo-science which as advanced as it might get can never raise itself to the point where it is truly inspired. We are talking about the thing inside of us, our souls which can never be duplicated by a machine. THAT'S what's at stake here and you can make a stand RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW!

Support Art Boutiki? For sure, there is no guarantee we will be here in the future, so get out while you can. Support the musicians? ABSO-F**KING-LUTLEY! This is the core of it all! But most of all SUPPORT IT FOR YOURSELF For your own well being mental, physical and spiritual. Enrich your soul and see something that may never be repeated or duplicated! BE A PART OF THE STORY!

So yeah, get a ticket, come out, have a beer sit back and enjoy something that will truly be epic and as huge a deal as we will ever have here. If you can't get a ticket then at least share this event with someone who might be interested. In particular share it with what I am sure is a legion of people who love to say that nothing cool ever happens in San Jose and stay home all night watching videos on Tik Tok.
