Every morning at 4AM, our prep team begins the day by cutting, cooking, mixing and preparing the fresh ingredients we use daily at Aqui Cal-Mex. From handmade sauces and dressings to fresh produce and proteins, the work starts early so every plate tastes the way it should. 🥑🌽🍅
A little Aqui history 💖
Our Lead Prep Roman has been part of the Aqui family since the doors first opened in 1994. That’s 31 years of consistency, care and dedication helping create the same flavors our guests have loved from the very beginning.
Our other Lead Prep, Domi, has been with us since 1999 and continues to help keep the tradition going every single day. 👏🏼
31 years later, still the same commitment to fresh ingredients, scratch-made recipes and flavors that feel like home.
