We set out nearly 20 years ago with a mission to bring a cuisine known as Indo Chinese to the United States. This famously delicious blend of both Indian and Chinese cookin

g styles was pioneered by 18th century Chinese settlers in Calcutta, India, and while widely popularized by street food vendors India, is just beginning to be known in the US. Now with over 20 locations across the US (Canada coming soon!) IBG has evolved to include dishes from around southern Asia, including cuisines of Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Burma, and Beyond. We use the freshest ingredients available to create the most delicious food and drinks possible, while our interiors are designed to provide the perfect ambience to make dining with us feel like being whisked away to the far east!
