After twelve incredible years, the time has come to say goodbye to Bergerac. From the countless nights filled with laughter, music, and connection, to the friendships that blossomed across our tables and dance floor, this space has been more than just a bar - it’s been a community. We’re endlessly grateful to every guest, DJ, artist, and team member who helped shape Bergerac into a home for unforgettable nights in San Francisco.While we’re closing this chapter, we’re not saying goodbye for good. Something new and exciting is on the horizon, an all-new experience that will carry forward the same spirit of creativity and celebration that defined Bergerac from the start.Saturday will be our last night. Jared Jackson is a DJ and producer from Southern California. His love for music started early — digging through his dad’s record collection while dedicating his time to practicing on second-hand turntables. Growing up on hip-hop, jazz, reggae, and R&B, Jared takes and blends those influences with underground sounds ranging from Deep House to UK Garage and everything in between.

Although a seasoned musician, mredrollo (Mr. Ed Rollo) is a relatively new name on the electronic music scene, turning heads of industry legends with a sound that has been described as “beyond progressive”.

Since the relocation to Australia in 2021, Ed has been focused on building up a solid catalogue of music, while also receiving support from some local DJs and promoters in Sydney, who have booked him to play sold out shows.

Coming into 2024, mredrollo is equipped with an arsenal of new music ready to take to the stage. Although seemingly coming from nowhere, mredrollo’s music continues to be supported by the biggest DJs in his genre all over the world.
