The restaurant has four sections: the bar, 4 Tatami rooms, lounge, and table seating. Tatami rooms are for groups of people who want private gathering, and 4 rooms can hold up to 35 customers. Lounge area is for those who want casual dining, drinking, and socializing. This area can hold up to 15 patrons. Table seating is for those who want to enjoy both and food and drinks in open setting and it can hold up to 32 customers. About the name
Hashibiro Kou is defined as: largest bird that can fly. The Hashibiro Kou bird is an endangered species and only a few remaining at the zoo in Japan. The bird is very unique, has charisma, with rich characteristics and lovable. We, Hashibiro Kou, will strive to be a unique and lovable place where you can experience Japanese tapas in SF.
