Nicky Beyries, Bar Manager at Foreign Cinema & Laszlo Bar, was born in the “Butter & Egg Capital Of The World,” Petaluma, CA. She grew up gardening & cooking with her mother who taught her all about flavors, seasons, foraging and food preservation, sparking a life-long love of botanicals and food. After seventeen years in the service industry, she found her niche in the cocktail world, playing with culinary techniques and California’s bounty of herbs and produce to create unique ‘moments & memories’ encapsulated in libation form. She enjoys travel & exploration, history, public speaking, reading, dogs, wine, cooking, music, the ocean and social justice.
