Hola amigos, we’ve quietly added a new dish to our menu:
~*QUESABIRRIA Y CONSOMMÉ*~
We’ve entered the quesabirria game and are very proud of these indulgent cositas. First up we’ve got slow-roasted beef, juicy & shredded, nestled in a bed of mozzarella cheese and fried between a house-made corn tortilla. These bad boys are topped with fresh onions and cilantro, and accompanied by a hot cup of beef consommé to dip. We’re very excited to share these with you and hope you enjoy.

¡Otra Vez!
Formally known as ‘Buen Vaso,’ this is our love letter to a Mai tai with a Oaxacan twist. Our stars of the show here are Paranubes Oaxacan rum and Banhez Espadin-barril. Paranubes is an agricole style rum from Oaxaca that’s funky, tropical, and hot. Paranubes pairs beautifully with the roasted agave and tropical fruit flavors of Banhez. Next up we have almond orgeat syrup, fresh pineapple and lime juice, and last but not least Taylors velvet falernum, a spiced liqueur from Barbados. This drink will get you somewhere tropical in a hurry. 🍍🍹

Got some new drinks hitting the menu today, starting off with Las Tierras Altas. A unique blend of highland scotch and highland tequila rounded out with grapefruit, lime, and honey. For the dog lovers out there we’ve partnered with , a calendar charity to raise money this holiday season for two sweet causes. Calendars will be available for purchase at the restaurant starting today. All proceeds from calendar sales will be donated to a local dog rescue shelter and an industry related charity to support businesses and individuals affected by the pandemic. See you at the bar!
