For one night only, May 11th, Niku Steakhouse will be offering an incredible sake experience paired with the live-fire cooking!
This will be a remarkable lineup of Sake from Huchu Homare Brewery and Marumoto Brewery, paired with a six- course dinner created exclusively for this evening. Taste seasonal spring California ingredients, Japanese inspirations, and of course, some of Niku’s most prized and rare wagyu offerings unavailable anywhere else on the west coast.
Joining us will be Mr. Takaaki “Taka” Yamauchi, the President/Master Brewer of Huchu Homare Brewery, and Mr. Satoshi Nishio from Marumoto Brewery.
