Our seafood is caught locally and brought directly to the restaurant for Chef to butcher in-house, meaning what comes to your table is the freshest catch of the day prepared in special ways each night: crudo, grilled, and a lucky few will even get the bbq’ed collar or fish head. Each part of the fish is treated as a prize by Chef.
