House Rules SF . House Rules has teamed up with Chef Scott Youkilis to bring delicious bar bites to the menu and Fifty Fifty Cocktail Co. to craft the cocktail program.

Named for its playful take on social etiquette, House Rules offers the Russian Hill neighborhood handcrafted cocktails, a bevy of draft and bottled brews, and classic American bar food with unique twists. From the team who brought the city Campus in the Marina and Eddie Rickenbacker’s in the Financial District, Rick Howard and Noelle Calixto add yet another sophisticated bar program to their list of establishments.
