Negroni Week is coming to Dawn Club 🍊

Negroni Week is an annual celebration (running September 21-27) where bars around the world put their own spin on the classic Negroni, with a portion of proceeds going to charity. This year, Dawn Club is putting two original riffs on the menu — and they couldn't be more different.

Thelonious Funk by Cameron Keys flips tropical on its head — a blend of Samaroli Demerara 1995 and McCoy rums with Campari and Capertif, topped with an orange citrus foam for a soft finish on a spirit-forward pour.

Tea for Two by Amanda Ancheta is a scotch-forward twist that brings together Orchard House Scotch, crisp apple, and Earl Grey tea, rounded out with dry vermouth and Luxardo Bitter Bianco. Elegant, aromatic, and a little unexpected.

Two bartenders, two totally different takes on a classic. Come find your favorite when Negroni Week kicks off Monday, September 21 at Dawn Club.

An evening at Dawn Club with Barber Lee 🥃
Last night we welcomed distillers Aaron Lee and Mike Barber into the Dawn Club for an unforgettable evening celebrating our exclusive collaboration: the Barber Lee x Dawn Club Single Barrel, an Heirloom Corn Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled at a bold 65% ABV.
Guests sipped their way through personal tastings guided by Aaron and Mike themselves, hearing the story behind the barrel straight from the source and the turnout was nothing short of fantastic. Thank you to everyone who came out to raise a glass with us!

For those who couldn't make it (or want an encore): our Luma cocktail features Barber Lee x Dawn Club Single Barrel, Amaro di Angostura, apricot, rice, orange bitters, and cinnamon. It's on the menu now, but only until the barrel runs dry. Limited quantities available.
