Guava Beach Bar & Grill hiring Bussers / Barbacks (Mission Beach)
We are an established and BUSY beach bar & grill is Mission Beach with a laid-back vibe seeking two /three experienced Busser / Bar Backs. Can hold your own in a fast, high-paced atmosphere. Friendly, happy and hard-working people to be a fit with our established like-minded team in a fun and beautiful location.
Busser / Bar Back duties include running food and drinks, bussing and sanitizing tables, restocking the bar, changing kegs, and being proactive at identifying and completing work needs. Interacting with guests and maintaining a genuinely happy demeanor. Restaurant experience preferred. Great attitude, friendly and engaging personality. Available to work restaurant hours.

Qualified candidates for all positions must have:
• A minimum of 2+ years experience in a high-volume restaurant bar environment.
• A focus on excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a proven ability to work in a family/ team-like environment.
• Must be able to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day.
• Able to lift 50+lbs
• Must have current California Food Handler Card + RBS certification training or a willingness and ability to obtain these for employment.
• Must have weekend and holiday availability.
