To say I’m proud would be an understatement.

Today, Mathilda graduated Puppy+!

At just 7 months old, she’s already unlocking Advanced Obedience and Agility.

She’s smart as hell, works her furry little butt off, and somehow still finds time to commit the occasional felony against cardboard boxes.

Watching her grow from a tiny velociraptor into an eager little partner in crime has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve done.

(She’s still a velociraptor… just one with manners.)

Next stop:

Let’s see what this tiny land shark can do.

Life has a funny way of convincing us that happiness is always waiting somewhere ahead.

One more goal.
One more adventure.
One more accomplishment.

I’m realizing more and more that the good stuff isn’t always found at the finish line.

Sometimes it’s found in a quiet restaurant, a glass of sake, and a few uninterrupted minutes with your own thoughts.

Cheers to appreciating what was, looking forward to what’s next… without missing what’s happening right now.
