Been reading The Memory Police lately…
and there’s a line that’s been stuck in my head:
“Where do I choose comfort over questioning?”

It’s unsettling how easy it is, for all of us, to go along, stay quiet, not push back… not because we agree, but because it’s easier.

History shows where that can lead.

Not saying we’re there, but it’s a reminder to stay aware, stay curious, and not just default to comfort.

It’s been 4 months since you left.

Memories of all our adventures still find me every day.
I miss you, sweet girl.

Today was the first time I washed the adventure mobile since your last ride. As the dirt came off… so did your fur, your nose prints, your happy slobber spots.

That wasn’t easy.

But you’re not gone. You’re in every trail, every drive, every moment that made us who we are.

And don’t worry, this won’t stay clean for long.

Wallace and Mathilda are already doing their best to make you proud…and make a mess.

Love you. Miss you. And thank you for still watching over your pack. 🖤🐾

Mental health check.
Keep pushing. You’re not alone. There will be light.

This image felt honest. Life has been heavy lately, both professionally and personally, and at times overwhelming.

But here’s the truth: we are allowed to struggle. We’re just not allowed to give up.

With reflection and the support of some incredible people, I’ve cleared my head and found my footing again. Not perfect. Not easy. But a win.

If you’re going through it right now, remember this:
You are not alone. There is help. There is support. And there is always light waiting to break through the darkness.
